Automatic Toothing Maschine Model H-ZE1
For the toothing of woodworking bandsaws and handsaws of various types and sizes

Design and Operation

The machine body and all functional parts are of sturdy and overdimensioned design thus guaranteeing long life even under extraordinary working strains. The rugged ram runs in long prismatic and readjustable roller cages ( pre-stressed guidance). All important moving parts are also fitted to perfect bearings and partially high-grade bronze. The drive motor is mounted inside the sturdy welded machine frame. The power is transmitted by means of V-belt. Two pairs of feed rolls driven by way of crank disc and ratchet gear work synchronously with the ram and thus ensure most precise toothing of the blade in spite of the extremely high speeds attainable. For inserting the saw steel the feed rolls are opened by means of a practical foot gear. Various useful adjusting mechanismns for band guidance and tooth depth guarantee an always even and parallel toothing of the saws.

Optional Extras

- Polyamid feed rolls to prevent marks on very sensitive band steels
- Gummed feed rolls to prevent oily bands from slipping Knurled feed rolls from
