Production Line for hole saws

Induction heating and rounding machine (for hole saws diameter from 15mm up to 165mm) on which among others bi-metal sheet strips (up to 40 HRC) are inductively heated and rounded, as well as pressed into their final shape.

Visualisation as well as customer-specified data as e.g.. number of pieces, rounding diameter, speed and product parameters are comfortably achieved by means of a programmed interface specially designed for the customer..
