The 70.000 square-metre historical industrial estate "Hasten" is situated in the suburb of the same name on the west side of Remscheid near to the Wuppertal boundary.

It is only 2km from the town centre and provides ample parking as well as excellent road traffic facilities. All of the major cities in the vicinity can be reached quickly via the nearby trunk road B 229 and the Autobahn A1
