The customer’s details and product parameters are freely configurable by means of the PC and TFT.

This machine is also available with a measurement and control option. A high precision line camera (0,001mm) captures the width of set of individual groupings of teeth and transmits the appropriate parameters and corrected values to the control circuit. This guarantees a high degree of precision, reproducibility, quality and customer satisfaction.

*Setting of all prevalent tooth forms possible.
*Setting tolerance +- 0.02 mm tooth symmetry +- 0.02 mm
*Band width 6-120mm
*Band strength 0.65-2mm

Input and data management of the tooth parameters by means of commercially available PC. Input data e.g. : coil number, setting tool number, clamping jaw number, right setting, tolerance +-, left setting, tolerance +-, symmetry +-, pre-select measuring stroke, pre-select setting stroke, pre-select control

*Measurement and control : tooth contour display via monitor, *measurements via monitor, Evaluation and documentation via printer.

*Up-to-date control with AC-power-steering motor.
*Equipment complete with modified coiler.
*Setting tool for small teeth.
